    When you hire our photography and video services, we provide you with a private gallery in the subdomain galeria.rectimepro.com, accessible only via a personal code so you can access and download your photographic material for a limited time.

    What data do we process and for what purpose?

    • Name and email what you provide or what we associate with your gallery, for the purpose of managing your access and sending you service notices regarding the availability and expiry of your gallery. These notices They are not commercial communications, but necessary information for providing the service.

    • Technical access data (access logs with IP address stored in encrypted or pseudonymised form, date and outcome of the attempt, for the purpose of guaranteeing gallery security and preventing unauthorised access).

    • Technical cookie rtp_vidfirst-party cookie, strictly necessary to remember your Favourite photos within the gallery. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes and, due to its technical nature, is exempt from prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

    The content and data associated with each gallery are automatically deleted once their availability period has expired (by default, 90 days from its creation, plus a bin period of 14 daysIn accordance with the principle of minimisation and limitation of the retention period.

    Recipients

    For the dispatch of email notices, we use a dispatch service provider, who acts as a data processor and offers the contractual guarantees required by the regulations. We do not transfer your data to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
